A town water bill, utility bill, tax bill or Driver’s License with the Beaufort address must be presented at the time of permitting as evidence of residency. After a period of 15 days, all spaces that have not been paid in full and/or residency verified will be assigned to those names on the waiting list as selected during the lottery. Payment and valid proof of residency must be received by the Town of Beaufort within 15 business days of the lottery for your space to continue to be reserved.


The Town of Beaufort will have a lottery for small vessel storage permits at 1 p.m. The 2022 Lottery has concluded and all spaces have been assigned. The rental rate for the 2023 lottery will be $100.
